Approach to assessment of acrylamide mitigation measures in cereal-based food processing

Acryred Cost Action has launched its first Training School. This opportunity is aimed at young researchers, early career researchers, PhD students, innovators, food technologists in the field of food production and risk of acrylamide.

The Training School will take place on 7 and 8 September 2023, at the National Agricultural and Food Centre, Food Research Institute in Bratislava, Slovakia. Theme of the two-day event is "Approach to assessment of acrylamide mitigation measures in cereal-based food processing".

Applications to attend the Training School can be submitted by 20 July.
