Following a session organised by ILSI North America and ILSI Europe’s Task Forces on Dietary Carbohydrates at the 9th Vahouny Fiber Symposium in June 2010 an article presenting the outcome has been published. The session was entitled: Implementation Issues of CODEX fiber definition – Building Scientific Agreement on resolution of implementation issues – Workshop format facilitated by Julie Miller-Jones and Martine Champ.
