The aim of this workshop is to review and discuss existing guidelines for conducting clinical trials on probiotics, with a focus on their unique characteristics. The workshop will highlight gaps in current guidelines and explore ways to enhance them, ensuring the design and execution of robust, high-quality studies.
Recognized experts in the field will participate in this workshop to help shape the future of probiotics research. Through interactive discussions, we aim to:
- Share perspectives on current challenges in probiotics study design.
- Provide recommendations for improving and expanding existing guidelines.
- Collaborate with fellow experts to identify actionable next steps.
