BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this webinar would be to offer a practical approach to food safety professionals in industry, academia and regulatory agencies on the ‘Relevance of microbial end-product testing in food safety management’. This webinar presented the findings from two recent publications on the topic and provided a platform for discussion (Zwietering et al., 2015) and (Buchanan & Schaffner, 2015).
