BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES
Physiology maintains a well-orchestrated rhythm to adapt to the continuously changing environment of the body, of which diet takes a major share. This adaptive capacity is called ‘phenotypic flexibility’. This workshop provided a clear insight on what phenotypic flexibility is, and on the latest developments and achieved results of NutriTech.
