ILSI Europe was pleased to participate at Eurotox 2013 through the following activities:
- Continuing Education Course: ‘Dietary exposure assessments – current scenario and emerging issues’. This course was organised on 1st September 2013. The programme is available here. This course was supported by the Food Intake Methodology Task Force.
- Session: ‘Advances in the application of the Threshold of Toxicological Concern (TTC) as a pragmatic risk assessment tool for cosmetics’. This session presented the latest developments supporting the application of the TTC concept to cosmetics (in collaboration with the EU-project COSMOS) and the use of TTC for contaminants with potential genotoxic hazard. This session was supported by the Threshold of Toxicological Concern Task Force.
