CATALYSE Project Webinar: food safety, microbiology and innovations

CATALYSE is a Horizon Europe project aiming to promote the implementation of new innovative solutions for food safety to solve the real needs of end-users in the food supply chain. From health, to food, to the environment, microbes have a role, and we highlight and celebrate that on International Microorganism Day on 17th September each year. CATALYSE partners take this as an opportunity to organize an interactive webinar session during this period focusing on food safety in regard to microbiology and innovations. This webinar brings together Industry, Academia and Public authorities to discuss on critical food safety issues and priorities.
