ILSI Europe contributed as a strategic partner of this international event designed by and for professionals in the food and beverages industry
The first edition of Food 4 Future – Expo FoodTech 2021 took place on 15 -17 June in Bilbao (Spain). ILSI Europe was a strategic partner of this international event, which has sought answers to the major challenges facing the sector: how to optimise processes through technology, how to develop more sustainable and efficient business models, and what are the trends in the production of new foods and ingredients.
To this end, Food 4 Future brought together 5,417 visitors from 22 countries in Bilbao, in addition to another 4,911 users connected via streaming from 29 countries.
The industry itself highlighted Food 4 Future as a starting point to learn about and disseminate best practices in the sector, while generating new business opportunities.
