We are pleased to announce that Dr Siméon Bourdoux has just joined ILSI Europe’s team as our new Scientific Project Manager. He will take care of the Task Forces on Nutrition, Immunity and Inflammation; Packaging Materials; and Process-Related Compounds and Natural Toxins.
Dr Bourdoux received his Master in Bio-engineering at the Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He then specialised in food science and food microbiology by pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Biological Science at Ghent University, Belgium. After his graduation, he obtained experience in regulatory affairs in the field of food and food supplements in NSE Products Europe, Belgium.
